Shipping Policy – MJ’s Essential Products

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (U.S. orders).
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Locations

  • At this time, we ship within the United States.
  • We currently do not ship internationally. (If you’d like this added later, we can update the policy.)

Delays

  • MJ’s Essential Products is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If additional help is needed, reach out to us and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
