Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective or incorrect item.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or preference.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Due to the nature of our products (personal care/beauty), we cannot accept any returns.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
