Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective or incorrect item.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or preference.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care/beauty), we cannot accept any returns.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
